So my tonex pedal stopped working 11/8/2024, one week after receiving it in the mail. I reached out to the IK team on Friday about this issue and I haven't heard back yet. Perhaps the power supply went bad??
I was super excited to play with this and after one week of owning this i hope it was just a freak accident. Their customer support is all "online" so far and i cant figure out what exactly to do, and they havent gotten back to me.
I got the Anniversary pedal specifically because the videos seemed to show they had a great support for muscians and they seemed to be a solid option. Have you guys had issues with it working for a short time and then just not turn on anymore?
Will they customer service actually try and get a hold of me and follow up on their support ticket?

Support Ticket Opened [#2225826] Id love to start with just sending me a new power supply, that might be the issue. Its the cheapest and easiest solution to test. If not then we can send back the item and hopefully have them RMA it and then send me a new one.
