I can not register tonex one

Hi all,
I connot register my tonex one pedal that I received recently. I contacted to support with the ticket number #9176869 but no replies yet. I already sent the invoice etc.

I have a gig and need to use it as soon as possible. I am not sure what is the problem. I bought it new from Amazon. That is a big disappointment.
