Amplitube 5 creating noise upon changing presets

Hello!

I use a lot of presets in some songs and need to quick change them, but when I do, a noise comes out when the preset is changed, it doesn't let me me to record using an external software (like Audacity) or to play live.

My gear is an Epiphone Les Paul Special VE and a Fender Frontman of 10W connected via Line to my Computer and I change presets using a MIDI input.

Since other users haven't chimed in with suggestions have you also contacted IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw ? I'm sure they can assist you with this issue.
