Amplitube stuck on calculating on mac

When trying to download amplitube 5 Max V2 in product manager on my macbook it just get stuck on "calculating"

What to do ?

its downloading to my download folder witch works with everything else...

IK Product Manager may not have permissions to write to that folder though. I would recommend checking the permissions or creating another folder for IK Product Manager to write to and test that. If these suggestions don't help and since other users haven't chimed in with suggestions please raise a ticket with IK Support if you have not done so already. Thanks!
