Custom Shop Not Installing - Windows 10

Hi all!

I'm hoping someone may be able to help.
I am trying to install the free custom shop to see if I want to purchase Amplitube 5 (which, I am pretty sure I will!) however, i'm having some issues.

I have downloaded the Product Manager fine but, when I click the "install" button at the side of CS in the manager, it just sits at 0 % complete. I've tried a few different softwares but, all doing the same thing. I've uninstalled and re-installed Product Manager several times but, still doing it.

Any ideas?
