Okay, stupid question time...
I'm trying to connect to Tonex Max via a Presonus AudioBox USB 96 such that I can create, edit, and store presets that can later be loaded onto my Tonex pedal. I'm able to connect to the Tonex software to the degree that I can observe the levels on the Tonex UI. The problem I'm having is that I can only hear the clean, unadorned sound of the guitar which is plugged directly into the AudioBox input. I can't hear the amp sounds loaded on the screen. Are there settings I'm missing so I can hear the guitar play thru the tone model/preset? Are there compatibility issues between my interface and the Tonex software? Any info helps. Thanks
