Tonex pedal won't Sync to computer

Tonex pedal came to me empty with no presets and will not sync to computer already started a ticket for this issue

Please make sure you have updated TONEX to 1.1.1 (released as a "hotfix" after 1.1.0) as that was released with a fix that could be related to your issue.

Changes from version 1.1.0:

- Fixed an issue that could cause communication problems between TONEX Pedal and TONEX Librarian
- General reliability improvements

Thanks Peter, I updated Tonex to 1.1.1 and the firmware to 1.0.2 and it is working now, still kind of weird that the pedal did not come with presets. I had to "import default library" to get them and had my fingers crossed the whole time but it worked. I'm now able to drag and drop presets too.

It should have had presets. You can check with IK Support if you'd like to inquire about that too but seems you got them on there.
