I am using the IRig2 plugged into my iphone with headphones plugged into the appropriate jack on the IRig2 and I still do not get sound through my headphones when playing. I hear environmental noise from my room (ceiling fan) coming through my headset, but no audio from my guitar. Volume on my phone is on and my guitar volume is on as well any suggestions?

Exact same problem here. Yesterday I got my iRig2 and won't work. Only ambient sound.
Did you solve your problem? If so, can you help me solve it?
