Hey Everyone,
I purchased Amplitube 5 Max via Sweetwater. Installed fine. Registered it successfully via the product manager.
My installation came with under a hundred presets ready to go. I did some searching in the program folders and found a few that were missing, and moved them to the correct folder -- they are now showing up in the presets available.
However, my friend has the same exact version and he has over 2,000 installed factory presets. I have less than a couple of hundred.
I opened up a support ticket with IK Multimedia, received a perfunctory email acknowledgement but have since been summarily ignored since opening the tickets weeks ago.
Also, for many of the presets that were installed I get a loud hiss which makes it unusable.

It seems I'm on my own, at least from IK Multimedia or Sweetwater -- can anyone offer any solutions? Thanks in advance.
