Metal collection (Need full chain support)

Hi

I just tried Amplitube, and i really like the sound of it. I decided to buy the metal collection only to find out, that almost none of the metal presets works, because i need full chain support. I tried to contact customer support, but to be honest, it doesn't really feel like they understood what i was talking about.
