mesa boogie 2 problems

Hi, I don't know if it happens to everyone, but I have the following problems with the mesa boogie 2 collection:
1.-In a Triple Crown amp the multi soak option doesn't work.
2.- The channel 1 on Mark 5 on clean mode have annoying noise.

The rest of the amps works perfectly.

Hi everyone:

1.- First problem solved, you just must click on the multi soak knob and don't release... then move
2.- The channel 1 of Mesa Boogie Mark V is really rare channel, must try:
a. In the back, up send level
b.- In front lower gain knob to 0
c.- Your Mark V sing like a robot

Friends of ik multimedia, is there any patch or solution to this problem?

Sorry that others haven't chimed in with similar issues, nor am I experiencing these so it would be best to work directly with IK Support to resolve the issues you are having directly with them.
