How do I uninstall AmpliTube 5 from my Mac [Resolved]

I'm not getting any audio thru my rig pro w AT5....

AT4 works fine so I know its not the interface

Input signal level indicator in AT5 not showing signal

The audio settings are fine.... input device is the irig pro, output device is irig pro

I just wanna uninstall it and reinstall

Where do I find the uninstaller on my Mac?

Used to be easy when I could just download the installer which had an uninstall file also. Now whenever you try to download SW you download the product manager......

All I wanna know is how to uninstall it on my Mac

Nevermind..... I found the uninstaller, completed the uninstall and reinstalled it.... Same thing

AT4 works fine with the irig pro AT 5 does not.... won't register an input at all.... Tried a different audio interface... same thing

I'm familiar with the product.... I have it running on two other MACs - no problems

Is there an issue having it on 3 MACs?

Do I have to deauthorize one of the other two for it to work?

AT4 works fine on all 3

Is it a setting on the MAC somewhere? Just got this MacBook

found it.... had to go into privacy and give permission for AT5 to use the microphone.... Was on the FAQ page all along.... Back to having fun..... Mods kindly delete my post

Glad you found the answer. That tricksy privacy setting has been foxing people since Mojave!

I'll lock the thread for tidiness, but leave it on the board as it may help someone in the future.
