Some amps are locked on AT4 while unlocked on AT5

I've noticed that some of the amps I bought are locked on Amplitube 4.

Is there something I can do to unlock them without paying for them again?

You cannot buy them in AmpliTube 4 any more, the Custom Shop for AmpliTube 4 is only for maintenance tasks. New gear is sold in and used in AmpliTube 5 the current and fully-supported AmpliTube version.

Well, that's a pity because they don't have exactly the same sound. I use both depending on the sound I'm lookin for.
But well, now I know there's no way to use all the gear I have in the older version.

I just opened AT4 and everything is there, even the artist collections I got in the recent group buy, which I wasn't expecting.

Mostly the effects.. Like the t_Rex ones. The Morley Wah, etc..

No.. I have quite a few open and unresolved tickets with support. Actually they haven't solved any of the issues I've reported so far. But I'll guess I'll have to open a new one!
