Fender Collection 2. For GarageBand

I would like to buy just the Fender collection 2 and run it inside GarageBand.
Will it simply drop into GarageBand for Mac. ? Or do I need the entire Amplitube 5
software ?

The Fender Collection 2, like the other Collections, is a set of gear models for AmpliTube. To use them you would need the AmpliTube 5 software. AT5 is a 64-bit standalone program and plug-ins.

The free AmpliTube 5 Custom Shop edition will load those gear models. So that is what you need. You may well decide to buy one of the other AT5 editions, especially as the 25th Anniversary Group Buy is on during this month.
