I own both dr z amps and everytime I reopen Cubase they're locked again and I have to open the custom shop and restore them twice. It's getting very frustrating as the Maz 18 is my go to amp for clean tones. Anybody know why this keeps happening?

The cabinet appears here, but the head does not
I fixed this before but has no idea how I did it. Now I'll be obsessed all night
Windows 11, i5 11600k, 32 gigs of ram, Audient id4 @ 32 buffer. 44.1k sample rate.
