What products can I license transfer and sell on?

Hi, I have a few packages in my account and would like to sell them.I transferred a package a few years ago but now it has changed and you need to purchase a license transfer credit and I read some packages can't be transferred.
It's getting quite complicated now, how do I know which packages I can sell on and do I need to purchase a transfer credit for every package I transfer?
Some of the packages in my account have a license serial button and inside them it has a transfer license option but a couple do not.
Does that mean that I can't transfer the ones that show no option to transfer but can transfer any that show the transfer license button?

Yes, you can only transfer those products that have a "transfer license option".

And, yes, you will need to purchase a Transfer Credit for each product to be transferred.
