AmpliTube 5 no Sound

I am using AmpliTube 5 with a focusrite solo 2nd gen as my audio interface, and I am unable to get any sound. I just bought a new laptop and this combination worked just fine on my old one. I have all the settings the same but I still cannot manage to get any sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Settings:
Technology: AISO
Input Device: Focusrite USB AISO/Left channel: Input 2/Right channel: Input 2
Output decive: Focusrite USB AISO/Left channel Output 2/Right channel: Output 2
Buffer size: 192/MIDI Input ANY

I have made sure that my Scarlett solo is the default device for recording and playback on windows, and I have direct monitor set to OFF. I can hear everything else on my laptop just not my guitar.

Hi cobbactual and welcome to the forum.

Input Device: Focusrite USB AISO/Left channel: Input 2/Right channel: Input 2

Try changing the Right Channel to Input 1. Having both channels set to the same input may well be confusing things.

Let us know if that changes anything.
