Hello, is there a recommended audio setting that audio driver needs to be set at for AT 5 to work?

It all depends on the rest of your system, especially the audio interface.
The lower the buffer size the better, but if you get crackles and pop, increase it.
Some people user 256 samples (5,8ms at 44,100 Hz).
