[RESOLVED] Crazy issue with Brian May

If I go into the preset window and select collections then Brian May followed by any one of the BM presets the bottom pane shows the proper signal chain, however, when I select the preset browser button, the incorrect amp, stomp cab.... are displayed. The sounds are not that of BM at all. This is on Mac mini with AXE I/O

I have a MacBook Pro With IRig Pro and its performing properly

Did a complete uninstall/reinstall on the Mac mini.... same issue

Sorry to hear you area having issues. Personally, I'm not seeing this issue on my side and I'd suggest that even before other users may or may not chime in that you open a ticket with IK Support who are best-equipped to troubleshoot and provide official and direct technical support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support

Thanks peter. Awesome experience with support. Issues been resolved. Had to completely uninstall and reinstall using you uninstalled. Issue resolved
