TRacks Leslie

I just wanted to confirm that The TRacks Leslie can be used as a vst and opened in a DAW or host like Gig Performer. Amplitibe seems to be a of a resource hog for me unfortunately so I'm hoping the TRacks Leslie used in that manner would be less of a hit on the cpu.

I's also lii e to jsut confirm that other then the interface there is no other real difference between TRacks and Amplitube Leslies?
