Help with Macbookpro

IVe been running on my desktop Mac w axe I/O w no issues. Today I got myself a MacBook Pro and loaded AmpliTube 4. I am using a IRig pro duo on the MacBook. Couple of questions
1) can I get the sound out of my MacBook internal speakers or only on the headphone jack of the IRig pro duo? If I can get the sound on my internal MacBook, how do I do so?
2) can’t get any sound other than the clean sound of my guitar. No effects, modeling etc even after selecting a preset

You may be able to achieve this by creating an Aggregate Device in MacOS. Have a look at the Apple Support link to see if you can achieve this. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202000 Some devices and setups don't support this though, so it might not work,

Make sure you have Direct Monitor set to the Off position to listen via the software.
