crackle sound switching amp

Hi everyone!
I'm asking if someone has encountered this issue before, because i can't find any answers out there...

I'm using amplitube 4 on windows 10, irig 2 hd, and whenever i switch from one amp to another, i got only crackling sound while playing guitar...
To fix this problem, i must change buffer size from 512 to 256 (ance vice-versa) and everything goes ok...but it's really annoying doing this every time i switch an amp...you can imagine...
Does anyone has experienced this issue and how i can get rid of it ?

(if i use amplitube on my mac, i don't have this problem....please don't say "so keep using the Mac instead " )

I'm having the same issue with the crackling every time I switch amps/presets, it's pretty annoying.

Then after 10-15 minutes, the input altogether stops until I restart Amplitube.
