What happened to Brit Silver

Postby zulujos » Wed Mar 06, 2019 7:54 pm

Ok so I have been away from my AT4 for quite awhile but I seem to not see a couple of the Amplitube British amps, one of which is the Brit Silver ( not to mention Red Pig). Am I missing something here?

Try opening the custom shop app and clicking on "restore my gear" under gear on the menu bar. See if that brings them back.

I'll try that, Doug, but my point is I don't see those amps, period, in the Custom Shop.

Those are part of AmpliTube 4’s core gear and not a la carte in Custom Shop. It sounds like yiur AT4 May no longer be authorized? I suggest authoring your AmpliTube 4 serial in Authorization Manager and trying again.
