Windows 7 sound problems

And windows shuts down system sounds.
I'm using iRig PRO I / O, I can't get any audio from youtube, media player or windows applications

Do you mean that you can't get sound from these other apps when you have AT4 open? If so, this is expected behaviour as a result of the ASIO4ALL driver, if that's what you are using.

If you don't have AT4 open and you can't get sound from these apps, check that iRig Pro is selected as the output for sound in Windows.

Sounds like Windows 7 (Youtube-Mediaplayer) when AT4 is on.
I turned off the Windows audio Onboard.

Is there a solution to this?

There is no official solution as this is an issue with ASIO4ALL and not directly with IK's programming.

However, another user has posted in this thread viewtopic.php?f=5&t=19107&p=84213" about a third-party application that might help you out. Please be advised however that this is not a recommendation from IKM and therefore it is your decision as to whether you use it or not.
