Unable to Open Amplitube 4

I have windows and i tried to open amplitube 4 for the first time and got this message

Can’t load C:\Program Files\IK Multimedia\Amplitube 4\Amplitube 4.vpa

please help!

If this is the first time of trying to run AT4, this may be a installation issue but as I'm not a Windows user I can't give comment I'm afraid.
