This issue still hasn’t been resolved, and by tomorrow, the sale of my used Tonex Pedal may be cancelled due to the rules of the platform where it was sold. Since the buyer has not received the included software — which, according to IK Multimedia, is supposed to be transferred when reselling the Tonex Pedal — he has not been willing to accept the purchase and will have to return the unit to me, at my expense.

I did receive a reply from support, stating that the buyer should re-register the pedal’s serial number in the Product Manager app, and that this alone would be sufficient — no additional emails or codes were required for the software to be activated. However, when he did exactly that, nothing happened. He has since tried the process again, but still without success.

If you let the support rep know that it didn't work they can look into the account of the buyer and yours as well and continue to take care until resolved.

So, I‘m in the same boat now. I bought a used Tonex Pedal and the seller sent me the email he got with 3 Serial numbers. AmpliTube and Pedal ones worked fine. But the Tonex Max one doesn’t. „Used by another user“ or so…
What’s the correct way now to proceed? Anyone knows if (and how) can get the Tonex Max license now?

The licenses should now unlock with the TONEX Pedal serial's registration. Please open a ticket with IK Support since that doesn't seem to be the case for you and they'll be able to assist you via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw
