Can't purchase Satriani pack

I can't complete the payment. Not with credit card and not with PayPal. Crazy. Not in Safari and not in Firefox on an Apple Mac. I would just like to pay for it, download it, put it on my Tonex and rock. And I really need it quickly. Please help! Thanks!

Yes! I placed the order on a Windows laptop with Firefox.
The order is now in My orders, even with order number. But I've been waiting for an email (not in the spam box), and the order is not yet in the IK Product Manager...
What to do?

TONEX Collections will be in your IK Product Manager under the Collections tab in the TONEX software listing.
