Transferring/De-registering a TONEX One

Hi all,

I've sold my TONEX One. I did the transfer/de-registration as well but I did not know I had to take note of the new serial and give it the new owner. I also thought that I would be receiving an email containing the new serial but got none as well.

Can anyone help to recover the new serial please? Thanks!
