problem tonex editor

Good evening, I'm having several problems with the Tonex Editor, it's not synchronizing with the Tonex Software, I can't transfer captures from ToneNet or upload new captures, that is, the editor's Librarian isn't picking up my presets or my tone models, I did EVERYTHING I could do to try to solve the problems but nothing worked, what should I do?

I'm having the same problem. ToneX editor new update has really bricked itself. I can connect to ToneX MAX (the default one) without any problems whatsoever and even use the pedal as an interface but the new toneX Editor does not recognize my pedal after 1 single use.

I bought a new Tonex 1 yesterday & have the same problem, it's not recognised by Tonex Editor despite being registered, appearing in Tonex & in the product manager software. A notice suggests removing other USB devices, trying new cables & different sockets, restarting etc; none of these fixes have worked. I'm on an iMac with the latest OS updates.
