Tonex 1.9.1 models not showing up in AT5 Max

Love the additional tone models and presets in the Tonex 1.9.1 update.

I own AT5 Max, yet when I try to add a Tonex Tone Model into AT5 none of the new models from the 1.9.1 are available. Models that I have added from ToneNet in April do show up, but the new 1.9.1 models do not.

I have reinstalled AT5 and Tonex 1.91 with no change.

Any ideas??

Tone Models are usable in AmpliTube 5, not presets. The new presets were made to utilize the FX that were added recently into TONEX. They are meant to replace the presets that are pre-installed as the factory presets on the pedal. You can use any Tone Model that is included in your version of TONEX inside AmpliTube 5, though and you'd use the FX you need in AmpliTube 5 from the available FX there.

Understand that Tonex presets can't be used in AT5 Max V2. My problem is TONEX MAX users, which I am, were given 115 new Tone Models in release 1.9.1, and for me, they are not available to use in AT5 Max V2. I have tried reinstalling both Tonex and AT5 and refresh purchases without success.

The 1.9.1 update Tone Models are pretty awesome, greatly appreciated! I particularly like the PRS Archon Tone model "Spotless Blacksmith".

Perhaps I am missing something, wouldn't be the first time

Came here to post this. No new models in AT5 MAX even after seeing the new models in Tonex MAX.

Yes, I have no new amp and stomp models visible in Amplitube 5 after update both. Can someone resolve this problem?

Was there a response on this in the end? I too have AT5 Max and Tonex 1.9.1 and can see the new update models in Tonex, but not when I try to use Tonex in AT5.

I have just received word back from support this morning:

"Thanks, we have confirmed some issues like this the dev are aware now"

So hopefully it is an easy fix, and we all share the same circumstances that causes it.

I heard back from support a few days ago, who said they are not sure of the exact day the fix will be released, but it will not be too much longer.

Hi, I also have this issue. I tried to completely remove ToneX and the local cache and re-install. Nothing works.

I have a ticket open with support with no update. Its been 2 weeks now .

I haven't heard anything further from support since my last post, assuming they are on track to release a fix as promised. They said it would not be too long . . . .
