I want to sell my ToneX One. I unregistered it from my account & received an email with 2 different serial numbers. It also said I'll need these 2 serial numbers in order to sell the pedal. Why is this? How would that work? I have the original registration number.

You need to provide those serial numbers to the buyer so they can register the TONEX ONE and the software that comes with it. It also has removed those serials from your account.

No there is no fee (neither buyer nor seller) to transfer TONEX ONE.

One last question: the buyer has a paid version of ToneX. Will the software that comes with the pedal overwrite it? How can I tell which of the 2 serial numbers is just for the pedal?

The email should specify which serial is which (or so I thought). You might want to reach out to IK Support since I'm not sure of that nor of what happens with the second serial.
