ToneX 1.8 install fails at presets

I've been trying forever to update ToneX on my computer but as soon as get's to the presets, it can't install any. I can start skipping them one by one but I will rather not update.
I can't find anything on this specific topic and don't understand why. It almost looks like Windows is blocking the preset files but I wouldn't know how to make it allow if that was the case.

Just a guess - are you trying to install them into a OneDrive folder?

IK Support uses a ticket system. Have you opened a ticket via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw ? They can assist you from there. Thank you.

Thanks. Yes, I did a ticket. No response yet.

Same and same. C drive and no response. Tried restarts, installing as Admin, manually creating the presets folder, tried for at least a month. Always keep failing at presets.
