Where are Tonex Models I save inside Amplitube?

Hey Guys -

For the life of me - have not been able to get this right.

Inside Tonex - I download a model from ToneNet that I like - I tweak a few things in Tonex , add some reverb etc and then save it. I use a name like “’65 Fender Clean”. All good can open this anytime I want inside Tonex.

If I go to the Finder (Mac OS) I see the preset saved in Tonex>Backup>ToneModels with a crazy name; "0dc4ea22-4833-9026-5e2a-254fb01a3a6e.txm”

Whenever I open Tonex I can go directly to that preset under “My Presets” “’65 Fender Clean”

All good right?

BUT……………..

Now I open Amplitube, then select Tonex as the amp and it gives me a long list of presets that I guess come preloaded.

I CAN NEVER FIND ANY OF MODELS I SAVED IN WHILE IN TONEX.

What’s th deal? I must be missing something - it may be simple but haven’t been able to solve this.

Can you save a tweaked model in Tonex then open it in Amplitube to add effects, cabs etc?

It has since been updated so that Tonex has it’s own section in Amplitube. So if you have saved the presets in Tonex - when you move to Amplitube they should now all show up under the “Tonex” tab.

Yes but I'm still not seeing them. I've updated both Tonex and Amplitube 5. Perhaps a step by step instruction detailing specifics would be helpful?

I saw a video out there of someone clicking on their amp in Amplitube and the pulldown menu actually has a tonex option to click on. Mine does not behave this way even with the updates. Maybe there is an option to select that reveals all hidden menus (like in logic pro)?

On upper Right of Amplitube - click on “Amplitube" to load those presets.

just to the right of that - Click on “Tonex” to load those presets.

Yeah I get it, but there's nothing there. Must be some kind of disconnect between the two programs.

I've tried emailing but as usual it won't accept my email address in the helpdesk email field.
