I currently have TONEX installed on my desktop and two laptops. Since the original desktop installation, the entire unit has been replaced (the hard drives were wiped before recycling) and the hard drive in the current PC has been upgraded (original hard drive was wiped after removal). IK Product Manager indicates that 5 of 10 TONEX authorizations are in use. I contacted IK customer support thru the website and was informed that I should have unauthorized the software prior to removing the hard drives. Is there any way at this point that I can regain the authorizations that are now gone due to the drives they were installed on being reset and cleared out? Any info helps. THANKS

That would be a question for IK Support. Please reply to your ticket and they will let you know if that is possible.
