Amplitube 5 V2 Upgrade Issue

I upgraded from Amplitube 5 Max and T-Racks 5 Max to V2 on both.
Everything unlocked except the Morley Power Wah Fuzz and Oil Can Delay. These are listed in the included gear on the Amplitube website.
I am guessing uninstalling and reinstalling is the answer, but it is odd T-Racks unlocked all the modules without me having to do anything while Amplitube unlocked all but the Morley Gear.
