Error when installing A5 in Windows 11?

Hi All,

I have a new PC and trying to install version 5 on it but I get the attached error message:

The download path you've selected does not exist, you do not have permissions to write to this location, or there is insufficient space in the current download path. Please close this window to select a new path or clear up some space.


Is this because I still have the version running on my older laptop?

I hope someone is able to help!!

When using IK Product Manager please make sure the folder in the settings for downloads has the proper permissions so IK Product Manager can write to it. If you have issues setting permissions or similar you can also create a folder and point the settings to that folder and things should work.
