i have ToneX MAX but i am getting error

213: You have reached the maximum number of User Tone Models downloads.

shouldn't i get unlimited downloads with MAX?

You may want to reauthorize TONEX MAX in IK Product Manager and if that does not work please open a ticket with IK Support.

Note that there were some connectivity issues early this weekend so you also might want to try again first to see if that had anything to do with it (though I believe that was throwing error 1008 not this particular error).
