Upgrading Amplitube 5 to MAX

I've been running Amplitube 5 for a time and figured it's time to check out MAX. When I bought 5 I saw that there was an option to upgrade for $99 but now, when I want it, there doesn't appear to be an upgrade option. Just a purchase option for $199. I've looked everywhere for an upgrade option and drew a blank, so out of desperation I've posted here in the forums. Someone please point me in the right direction before I do my head in. Cheers!

There was a promotion where AT5 MAX was 99.99. It is currently part of a different promotion where you get TONEX MAX free but the price is 199.99 (normal price).
