Missing all gear that is included in Total Studio 3.5 MAX

All the gear that comes with Total Studio 3.5 MAX and AmpliTube is not showing up. It shows a lock icon and it is forcing me to repurchase everything that should already be included. I've already reinstalled this software twice and restored purchases and still it shows none of the products I purchased are unlocked. What gives?
