Ampitude 5.5.2 crashes on opening (app or pluginversion)

On MacBook Pro M1pro :
when opening the local app or trying to load the plugin in ProTools/logic or Nuendo the app/plugin crashes immidiately.

any suggestions ?
Tried reinstalling it but without result

found out more detail.

when the app is NOT authorized it opens. as soon as I authorize it it crashed ;-(

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

Already made a ticket to the support service but they don't come back with any answer ;-(

Reply to the auto-acknowledgment email and ask for a progress report.
