I have been considering buying a iRig Quattro for some field recording but could not get past the price for the little bit of recording I might do. If it could do the following, I'm gonna pull the plug:
Can i use it with my Tonex Capture to profile my amps/gain pedals? I have a AXE/IO but don't wanna have to pull it out from its position every time i use it to access the rear connections.
If the Quattro works, I'll have a nice portable solution (laptop, Capture, Quattro) so I can take it to friends houses to capture their gear as well
From what I can tell, it should work just fine
Thoughts?

TONEX can capture with any capable audio interface + a reamp box (you'd still need that). However, please note that iRig Quattro Pro I/O only has the L/R outputs so you may be limited in what you could monitor during the capture process.
