Amplitube 5 max

Is Amplitube 5 MAX supposed to have all of the features of Amplitube 5?

I am using an amp from the custom shop but I have Amplitube 5 max. Shouldnt I be able to access the mixer?

Yes, make sure you have authorized AmpliTube 5 MAX in your IK Product Manager. You might want to use the Restore My Purchases functionality in the Custom Shop (now built in for AmpliTube 5 in the recent updates so please make sure you are also using the latest version).

Thanks for the reply. Strangely, yesterday it was showing I owned it now today it says I only have max 4. The web portal is very confusing.

You should be using IK Product Manager application for the installation and authorization of current IK products: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/productmanager/
