Does all AT4 gear work with and transfer to AT5?

Does all AT4 gear work with and transfer to AT5?

My AT 4 ZVex gear shows as locked on AT 5...

The only suggestion I have to keep trying "restore my gear" from the custom shop page as I've had to do it more than once.

My Dr Z stuff wasn't showing up.
Windows 11, i5 11600k, 32 gigs of ram, Audient id4 @ 32 buffer. 44.1k sample rate.
