AT5 Has None Of My Purchases - Has One Amp Only [Resolved]

Hey All,

I bought Amplitube 4 Full for Windows 10 in October of 2020, so just a couple of months ago. Then about a month or so ago I received a message saying that Amplitube 5 SE would available to me. And it is.

However, after installing it, there is only 1 amp available to me. No pedals, nothing from what I had it in AT4.

I have a ticket open, but I'm afraid nothing they are telling me is working. I tried everything they told me before I even opened the ticket. I installed and uninstalled both versions multiple times. Un-authorized and authorized again, re-registered with the serial #, and did the Restore Purchases in Custom Shop 2.0 multiple times, rebooted, etc. Still nothing.

Getting frustrated here. Anyone run into this or know if I'm missing something here? Thanks in advance!!

Please go back to Support and explain that the suggestions have not worked and request further assistance.

Thanks, DarkStar. I have and haven't heard back. I'm sure I will. Just figured I'd throw it out here in case anyone experienced the same or similar thing

I found a post here by Ramon that solved my issue. It was clicking on the folder to the right of 'Search Gear' at the top right. To reiterate what Ramon stated, this folder toggles between your available gear, your available and locked gear, and just locked gear. There are always adjustments with change. I am still a little disappointed that I only have two "tracks" on the looper now as opposed to the 4 on AT4. But I guess I didn't really get AT as a looper. It was just an added bonus. I was getting used to the 4 "tracks" though

It seems odd that the looper has dropped from 4 tracks in AT4 to 2 (plus Metronome and Global) in AT5. If you need 4 then add your request to the wish-list, if it not already there.
