Question about a purchase

Hi everyone, new to this thread. I am looking at buying the AmpliTube 5 SE version (on sale for 99 bucks). This will be my first IK purchase so is this an upgrade that assumes I am upgrading from a former version or is this the full SE version? I was not able to get that from the ad.

For the SE version, you don't need to have a previous IK purchase for the $/€99.99 price.
