Amplitube 5 SE

Hey all
Bought the AT5 SE as pre-order
I changed my mind and want to pay the extra to get AT5 instead. Sent this to the support on Wednesday but have not heard back from anyone. Is this normal? I can imagine they have a lot to do since AT5 was just released.

Yes, they are pretty busy at the moment. Give them a few more days.

Check out the forum Guidelines thread for escalating a Support Ticket, if you need to.

12 days since I sent in my question about changing my purchase from AT5 SE to AT5.
More money for IK, if they would just respond. Nothing so far :(
I understand support having a hectic time with a new product out, but 12 days? C'mon.

Tried to look for the guidelines, but failed. Can someone point me in the right direction?
