Amplitube 5 Control with Midi (AirTurn BT-200 S-6)

Hello,
I was wondering if I could get a little help with midi configuration. I am currently using an AirTurn BT200 which is paired with my Windows 10 computer. Everything works as expected with Loop1 and Loop2, I have them linked to the first two buttons on my controller. However, I can't get record or play to work with different buttons on the same controller. Do you have any ideas of what I can try?

If these do not resolve the issue, there is a link to the Technical Support form, for direct help from Official IK Support. They endeavour to reply within 2 working days, but obviously considering the current situation things may take longer than usual.
