AmpliTube 5 trial

Hello everybody,
Someone can help me? Yesterday i downloaded the trial of AmpliTube 5 and it worked. Now i will try it again and all the presets are away. Is it normal that the trial works only one day?
Second question: when i tried yesterday the collections of brian may, etc. I get the message: "The current preset uses models that are not yet owned..." Ihope when i buy AmpliTube max that all is included? Or must this presets buying seperately? Thanks!

By 2the trial", do you mean the free AmpliTube 5 Custom Shop?

It should run for ever. And the presets should still be there. Just to check, you are not using OneDrive or any other cloud storage are you?

You can Try out any gear, for example Brian May, Run the Custom Shop (v2) program and look in the Help for "Trying gear"
