Some Total Studio 2 Max Gear not showing up in AT 5

I have a license for total studio 2 max which for example includes AT SVX 2. Some of those cabs do not show up as owned in AT 5 custom shop when I look at owned gear. For example, the 1x15 SVX-115 and the 8x10 SVX-810A. Am I doing something wrong?

Same, and went through all the trouble shooting ideas from the
Ticket, the problem has to do with the new product manager,
None of my at4 max, or total studio stuff is showing up.
All this worked fine before. Literally days ago..
And at4 shows the gear, as does my owned gear on web sight.

Houston we have a problem...

Restore gear, does not work.
Authorize de authorize does not work...
Forcing the serial numbers in again does not work...

It just broken, I gave up, and hope a patch to fix this is in the works.

Thanks, glad to hear I am not the only one, but bummed that there is this glitch. I suppose it is not surprising for a X.0 release to have some bugs. Hope a fix comes soon.

Also, it would be nice for the custom shop to show the gear that is not owned as it would be easier to identify problems like this. The older custom shop had this capability.

Just restored the old custom shop (and kept the new one) and when looking at gear purchased, I clearly see the missing SVX gear as purchased. So, it looks like we'll need to wait for IK to fix this up.

I have the same problem. Tried unauthorized, reauthorized, but nothing helped.

The best thing to do is contact Support, via here. There is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

if they do not resolve the problem, then all cases of missing gear should be referred to Support.
