Custom Shop 2.0 installation error (Windows 10) [Resolved]

Hello.
I currently have the previous version (1.8 or 1.9) of CS installed, but when I try to update and install the new version 2.0, I get this error message:

Unable to execute file:
E:\IK Multimedia\Custom Shop\cs2_inst.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 2.
The system cannot find the file specified.

I also tried uninstalling and installing CS (1.8 or 1.9), AT4 Max, and AT5 Max but still no luck. Is anyone having the same problem as I am on Windows 10?

Had the same issue but it was due to not installing to the default directory. If you look under c:\users\documents\ik multimedia folder. This is where I found the missing custom Shop\cs2_inst.exe. Copy to your install folder and then double click to run it. Worked for me.

Sorry. This did not work for me because I couldn't find the "cs2_inst.exe" file by following your direction in the Documents\IK Multimedia folder.
Plus there's a Custom Shop sub-folder under IK Product Manager folder that contains just a "custom_shop_2.0.0" winRAR folder.
Mine looks like this: C:\Users\[my username]\OneDrive\Documents\IK Multimedia\IK Product Manager\Custom Shop

OK. I just figured out by "overriding" the installation by dragging "cs2_inst.exe" to my desktop to prevent itself from disappearing in the installation folder (this needs to be done right before closing that error pop-up window during installation). So then I dragged it back to the installation folder and it's now successfully installed. Thank goodness! Hope you understood my explanation.

I am glad that youhave got it sorted out.

I just installed it using the IK Product Manager ("IKPM") without any issues.
